    Hi Stephen…great video…how did you restore the patient who you placed the implant in the upper first bicuspid with tooth wear? Thank you!!! Did you restore the cuspids at least with composite tips if you had restorative space or did you do a full mouth re-organized approach to open the VDO? Thank you!!
